Remove impact insert and machine wash shirt on cool, gentle cycle with no bleach. Line dry.
Hand-wash impact insert using soap and warm, running water. Do not soak. Allow to air dry. May be sprayed with disinfectant. Do not place impact insert in dryer.
Although our impact insert is made to be flexible, avoid stretching or pulling on it to prevent tearing.
